When I was 7 years old, I started recycling cans from mostly family members and friends. Even though my parents could afford my basic needs, I wanted to earn money on my own. That moment taught me the value of a dollar, a lesson I carry with me to this day.
In elementary school, I began selling cupcakes for fun. By the time I was 10, I moved on to selling chocolates to my family, friends, and neighbors. At 13, I was managing my uncle’s taqueria as a cashier and supervisor. In middle school, when I was 14, I became the state chess champion of Baja California. That experience shaped my love for strategy, focus, and discipline.
After my father passed away, I had to start over. I relocated to San Diego with nothing and began sweeping streets at 20 years old. I took great pride in that job, and I can honestly say the street I cleaned was one of the cleanest in the city.
I earned my associate's degree in Business Administration from Mesa College. While working door to door with Renewal by Andersen, I became the #1 top producer in the company by setting 11 appointments in a single day. Most people averaged two. That is when I realized my ability to connect with people and deliver results.
At the same time, I worked at a commercial real estate firm, where I learned how to understand complex deals. Later, I joined some of the top-performing luxury real estate agents in La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, and Coronado. I still work closely with many of them today and consider them mentors. They taught me valuable lessons, how to negotiate and how the game is really played. I also learned directly from one of the most respected loan officers in San Diego. Putting all those pieces together, I realized that to truly stand out, I had to think outside the box. That’s when the idea of charging only 0.5% came to life, because I genuinely care about helping my clients. I now lead a team that includes three assistants, marketing staff, processors, and transaction coordinators. I love keeping them busy because they depend on me to lead.
I later graduated with honors from Point Loma Nazarene University and earned a place on the Dean’s List. I hold a finance degree, a certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard, and I carry that same drive into my daily life. I wake up early, stay disciplined, and avoid distractions so I can stay focused on helping others succeed.
Real estate, to me, is not just a career. It is a lifestyle. I love the properties, I love the people, and I love the process of helping clients achieve their goals. I believe in building strong relationships and leading by example through effort, integrity, and consistency.
Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I’m here to help you win. I bring the strategy, discipline, and drive to get results, and I treat your goals like my own.
Always involved in the community, building relationships with leaders who are focused on making the world a better place. This is my lifestyle, and I love it! I’m not affiliated with any political party, neither Republican nor Democrat. I stay neutral because, like everyone else, I value good relationships and, most importantly, I enjoy learning from people, their mindset, experiences, and perspectives.
